12z guidance really doesn't bring any further clarification for our area. There's still 2 distinct camps. The NAM and HRRR both weaken the convection before it gets to SE PA while some of the CAM's and RGEM bring a strong line through the area in the 6-10 PM range. Will be interesting to see which verifies.

I had some sun for a few minutes right after my last post and it self-destructed fairly quickly.  I think it is trying though.

There is a low off the coast of NC and a high to the NE of that across from ME, and that combo seems to be advecting easterly winds and ocean stuff over this area (at least up where I am NW of downtown).

Currently overcast and 79 with dp 75.

Was just out for a walk, feeling that warm breeze.  Something coming, hope it fizzles before it arrives at my location.  Right next door, Lancaster Co, and south, Cecil have TOR watches up. I forgot to put my umbrella down at the river cottage (Elk-Cecil Co) uh oh.

* Tornado Warning for...
  Central Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 645 PM EDT.

* At 608 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Coatesville, or 12 miles west of West Chester,
  moving northeast at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  West Chester, Phoenixville, Coatesville, Downingtown, Paoli,
  Chester Springs, Pughtown, Lionville, Marshallton,
  Lionville-Marchwood, West Goshen, Malvern, South Coatesville,
