...RECORD DAILY MAXIMUM RAINFALL SET AT READING PA...

4.52 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN AT THE READING REGIONAL AIRPORT 
NEAR READING, PENNSYLVANIA AS OF 328 PM EDT TODAY. THIS BREAKS THE 
OLD RECORD OF 3.74 INCHES SET IN 1952. THIS REPORT WILL BE UPDATED 
TONIGHT FOR THE TOTAL DAILY PRECIPITATION. PRECIPITATION RECORDS FOR 
THE READING AREA DATE BACK TO 1869.

We got just over 5" when Ida rolled through two years ago. The Skook is starting to come up now. Historical data is at the bottom:

So far today 0.47" 

Awaiting the Major line from the west

I saw Darby Creek in Drexel Hill at Baltimore Pike is at bank full probably moving through at 35-45 mph this could put Darby area under water later tonight should this line slow down and drop 3"+

Seems to be some broad rotation up at the beam elevation, but that's at 4800 ft.

Basement just started to flood from the dry sump well. Thankfully we were able to drop a pump in there and it's slowly pumping down. I think it got up to a half-inch deep in the lowest corner of the basement.

This went from "Oh, would you look at that, it's raining a lot!" to "This isn't funny anymore." Like I said, we're on a hill. Hope everyone else is staying safe!
