The ultimate screw job so far.  This photo was taken at my location where there was no rain.  It absolutely poured about 200 feet away. lol.   Seems like these storms may still be back building, so....maybe?

Getting some round 2 fringing.  Big blob to my south has been undulating.  Currently getting light rain with 0.69" in the bucket, temp 77 and dp 75.

Talk to me, lol. Congrats on getting some rain! Getting the back edge of some activity popping up just NE of here, two episodes so far. A couple of fairly close lightning strikes, but only about 0.10" of rain so far.

So far with the round 1 and a wrap-around round 2, I got 0.77" of rain today.  I saw where Mt. Holly had a Climatology section showing some of the rainfall records for tomorrow, am guessing because those might be challenged -

I heard on KYW's traffic report earlier that Delaware Ave. near Spring Garden was completely under water.  i know part of that stretch tends to have a little flooding at high tide (in fact I think one small section of it is actually below sea level), and particularly when it's around the time of a full or new moon, so it doesn't take much down there.

Currently an overcast steam bath and 71 with dp 70.

Media Delaware County crushed by that storm in my backyard.  75-foot Mountain Maple is down and crushed two sheds and another tree.  So far 2.76" of rain and still coming down moderate to heavy.

The Lightning was severe winds gusted past 50 mph here as well.

Final Rain total 3.00" on the button.  That should set the stage pretty well for tomorrow and tomorrow night.

I figured you got nailed - as mentioned earlier, there were two storms that popped up NE of here and Media was in the midst of both of them. Sorry about the tree and sheds...

Could be a pretty stormy PM across much of the area. Hopefully spots that have already seen more than 5" of rain will not be as hard hit today. Rain should arrive in Chester County after 11am and be east of the county by no later than 7pm this evening. The daily rain record for today set back in 1935 could be in jeopardy today.
Records for today: High 103 degrees (1936) / Low 48 degrees (1984) / Rain 2.00" (1935)

I bottomed out at 71 earlier this morning and have so far had a  high of 81. Since it has been mostly overcast, the temps have been fluctuating and am currently at 79 with dp 76.

Stuff bubbling up nearby.
