I've personally never seen a 'big soaker' arrive by the means that models are delivering that thing...

Truly a very bizarre total synoptic cinema there - for too many reasons to bother labeling.

It just shouldn't be doing that.

Yeah it’s interesting because both of their Ensemble means are biting on it too.

Couldn't draw it up much worse than that euro run. Struggling to hit 50 on Sunday with firehouse Phil into Weymouth

Toss all these forecasts calling for 40's and region-wide pouring rain. Looks like light showers and 70 to 80 in the afternoon.

Figured I'd save him the time...

This weekend into next week is tricky as jerry alluded to. Could be a crummy stretch. Not really sure what to make of it yet.

Ugliest weekend of the summer. Jesus I can picture a bunch of workers working in 90 degree heat Friday making weekend plans for the beach, hitting the packy Friday and packing. Wake up Sat to rain and temps never getting above 55.  Lol FUGLY at least their beer will be cold.

Closed off system up through 250mb. This is ugly for early June for sure. Even if we start with some sun Sunday or Monday its super cold aloft...clouds will develop quickly.

I think those QPF charts are a bit overstated in terms of being widespread, but there should be a narrow axis of high QPF totals. Maybe two different axes with one in upslope favored areas.

I’m fine with cool and wet got a few days.   It being a summer weekend sucks.

it sucks, but I am at peace with it. i just had a 4 day weekend with incredible weather and hardly a cloud in the sky. plus we kinda need the rain.

Not looking like a good boating weekend. From one extreme to the other
