The New England forum cracks me up. Post after post distilling the window ac installation habits of it's members broken up suddenly by news of a member coming across a black bear the size of a fiat on a pre dawn run. Also, don't run away from bears if you don't want to be chased.

Our AC expert may need to lend his skill set up there.

Definitely some white rain chances on op's and ensembles.

How are things looking for shower chances late morning & early afternoon today on the weather models?

Softball Opening Day is today for my 2 daughters in Marysville around 12pm.

I am hoping for a window to get the games in today…

Assuming we don't fall below 61.7 by midnight we recorded another record daily high min temp this AM. Old record was 59 from 2002. A tough forecast for today regarding the chances for some much needed rain. Some spots could see over an inch of rain while others get less than 0.10". Hoping your backyard sees some rain! Looks to continue mild before a cool down early this week then a warming trend mid-week before we start a stretch of predominantly below normal temperatures to close out the month of April.
Records for today: High 86 (1967) / Low 24 (1981) / Rain 1.71" (1925)

It’s raining but I’m just a tad to far eat to get the good stuff.

Unfortunately @Blizzard of 93 prob is drowning at a softball game.

Edit: much heavier rain now as the cell expanded a bit.

Yes, we got drenched with a storm that included thunder & lightning!
They got a few innings played before the storm arrived.

We got absolutely soaked when running back to our vehicles.

We won’t forget this Opening Day for a long time!
