It was a cool and windy first evening of fall. The wind was sustained at 20 or better the entire evening. Visibility was great. You could see LeConte, Clingmans and Lake Douglas to the west and SW and Table Rock/Hawksbill, Grandfather and Roan to the east. Great night to camp at 5400'!f23976d31d7876b8f4cb8a007f078a3b.jpg9d419b02ed43aa8823f9caaa9a4abc89.jpgf4e59f083ee1bef3837a5f5289cbbc88.jpgab5982fa7fb4c1914061813bc329d531.jpgb7bd532539e214865c150744df27a4ad.jpg46b116113b0504d5b1c58666b0b88239.jpg9553890dd4c5c18fcf5177aa29efd9e9.jpg2c9bf68f86c9ac02b4746aa3ffdc5fba.jpg

Looks like the next several weeks will be a snooze fest. Not really surprising at all.
If we keep this dry/cooler pattern it'll be great for the leaves though. Especially if we pick up a couple more CAD events to drop just a little rain/drizzle.

Please open your freezer and turn on your sprinkler when you start the thread.

Thanks a bunch.
