stormy
The ECMWF drops nearly all of the weekend stuff for most. Only real rain now is Friday. Drops from 1.64 to .86"

WxUSAF
12z EPS still has a 2” stripe up I95. Both EPS and GEFS have backed off slightly over the entire Friday-Monday period, but still 1.5-2.5” broadly.

We don’t seem to do real droughts here so I’m confident this will the first of many rainers.

I will trade a crappy weekend for a really nice soaking, but I'll be annoyed if it's like .75 inches of rain but just cloudy/cool/misty for most of it.

LOL, I was thinking this morning that same thought about THIS afternoon -- since Fri/Sat/Sun appear to be not-good mowing days, wanted to get the backyard done this afternoon before showers hit (hopefully to last through early next week), and front yard done tomorrow afternoon before the weekend rain arrives. And sure enough...I finished at 2:45, and very light rain started here about 10 min later. Getting even darker now with some heavier returns on radar just to our west...wind picking up a bit as well. Most have already overacted to a nearly snow-less winter when part of the reason is that the year started out dry. LOL
