Warm front stalled. High 66 here

The warm front pushed us up to 80-83, despite the fact that it sort of hates to do this with the lake. It really feels like a summer evening without the dew points (that is, a summer evening out West.)

Rain, sleet, freezing rain and lots of fog today.   High reached 35.  Still plenty of snow otg despite a week in the 70's and even 80.  What a snowpack this year.

You actually have a driveway and not an iceway!

P.S. KIND made it up to 84 today.

everything has a price. patience is key.  April is a wintry month up here.

May 10th I found was a key date.  Things would start greening up regardless of the weather around May 10th when I was in the Keweenaw for 5 years.

Welp, all the 70s are gone from my 7 day forecast after tomorrow (even got 50s in there). And Larry Cosgrove's thinking this pattern won't break until the week of 5/9.

If that happens:

But at least I got a nice hailstorm before we go to shit!!! :weenie:

I got a few quarters if anyone needs. One of those coins in for me tho :D

Banner snows for the shore NE of me, but still 6-10" in the higher terrain outside of town with 3-4" in town. Had lots of sleet mix in during the aftn wave that went through here closer to the lake. Looks like 6-8" west of me. A good Spring snow storm to end the season. Still could see a little more here and there until mid May, but the bigger stuff should be over now.

TH 7NW set their record snow season with this storm as well. Banner snow year around Western Lake Superior.
