7.5” at noon so 2.5 in 3.5 hrs.  
 

interesting very localized effects with friends only a few miles away and not at a much lower elevation only having received about 3 inches with no problems with snow on trees or anything. They were shocked to hear how much we had. And 7 1/2 is a fairly conservative estimate.

Rates have been great around here but it's amounted to a half an inch of slush on the driveway.

I remember a Storm Feb. early 2010's rates dropped D/S I think and all that it did was drizzle a few flakes mixed, modelled to fill-in and dump, well it never did. Talk about an implosion on the board. Very reminiscent, this storm has more potentail and still time!
