been a bit of a slot since about 7, and measured 7 at that time, pasted on anything it could, power must have flickered during the time between 5 and then because clocks are blinking, but this stuff is man snow, radar upstream looks good if it can pivot through eastward

32 f with about 2.5 inches on the ground on Worcester / Holden line.  It’s snowed steadily most of the night, but it’s not quite accumulating on the ground quickly so far.

What’s your elevation? There’s about 4.5” on top of winter hill.

Wonder if the far NE corner of CT, NW RI flip to snow while underneath that banding?? If so they will accumulate pretty quick

Hope I'm wrong but unfortunately I think that dry slot in SE CT is going to pivot right when conditions are there for a changeover, then the snowfall will finally pick up just after noon.

Modeling was pretty obvious regarding the threat of some good valley accums. 7h looked great for more than a few days. It was just a matter of getting the event in the door and seeing what happened.

Well, I just went from 0.0 to a T. We still have a long way to go here.

If we slot later this morning/afternoon it’ll be hard to get accumulations here as Scooter said earlier. You’re probably good.

The gradient on the hills of Worcester was wild between down town and NW hills

im sure that spot around 1200’ has 8-10”

Yeah and it’s prob really notable down in ORH where the snow was really marginal for much of overnight.
