There are no more..this was it, couldn't ask for a better set up...I still believe most of SC will see snow in a little while, just not here. I've had light rain, moderate rain all day and the temps aint budging up top, the warm air is trapped! It's snowing all around me with some ground temps at 40°, so the warm air aloft is being over taken all around but greater Oconee will be the last spot if at all!

I've seen it before, as a matter of fact the very last time we got in a winter storm warning along with NeGa we got jack crap! Could be 2 for 2!

Im trying to be patient. Moisture is fading. This is frustrating to watch. I still got hope, but not much

37.4° and still raining

Just hit the .25" mark, half of the forecast qpf has already fallen and not a flake. Will it blow the qpf #'s away later today and actually snow...that's the question??

I still hold a smidge of hope that it'll be another over performing liquid producer and I get the 3-7" snow that was forecast.

Trying not to weenie out here, but jeeez.....we've been under decent radar returns for the last 2 hrs and all we've had is drizzle and a few snowflakes. Not sure where everyone is in North Atlanta who's seeing "heavy snow"? It could do this for 72 hrs and we wouldn't have a thing on the ground.

That's how it was here west of Atlanta for a long time. But starting about 20 minutes ago the snow started to come down really good. Be patient, you will get into some good snow soon. It was frustrating for me as well to see the radar look good but all we had was drizzle.

Well, just looked outside and......... light rain and temp is now at 40 degrees...... from what I have read from everyone, snow should start up in about 30 minutes, I hope! unsure.gif

Shouldn't be long. It started snowing here at 40 degrees.

One inch of snow on the ground in GSO. Steady snowfall. Residential streets in the neighborhood are 60% covered. Keep it coming, Ma Nature.

I love it! Snowman.gifthumbsupsmileyanim.gifSnowman.gif
