MAG5035
Patchy light snow here, temp has been a steady 33-34ºF. Have a light coating on some parts of the yard and mulch but nothing really measurable. The front end of this system has been a mess from the get go, which really hurt the LSV’s chance at seeing measurable with this, since there were flakes in most areas this morning. I’ll be surprised if CTP hangs on to the advisories south of I-80 with their afternoon updates but upstream PBZ radar is looking the best it has for the whole event, with a more solid area of precip associated with the weak surface low itself. So looks fairly probable central counties will get a period of steady precip early this evening with elevation variable snow totals.

Storm Clouds
For like 5 minutes there were big flakes mixing in with the rain and I thought maybe it would flip for awhile, but now it’s just pouring raining. 36 degrees and rain…what a horrid winter. canderson
Ginormous snowflakes. Melts on any contact. Very very wet flakes. 39 degree. Edit: that lasted 4 minutes. Last hurrah of winter.

Blizzard of 93
I see that there is some towel waving, etc. for the season… The 18z GFS has some other ideas for next weekend… Here we go again….

Of course, but @psuhoffman likes this period & slightly beyond for our last couple of chances. Might as well track it all to the end of the game…stay for the last pitch or final buzzer.
Blizzard of 93
@psuhoffman just posted this in Mid Atlantic thread… “It was a perfect 18z run. Does exactly what we need wave 3. Gets the NS wave out in front just enough. Then it has wave 4 but just a bit suppressed. Perfect for that range. Lol Both those waves will adjust around every run but 18z Gfs showed how we could conceivably win with either. This is the first time all winter we actually had a good setup. Ya it’s sucks it comes 3 weeks into March.” 1

TheDreamTraveler
Looks like it's going to get into the 60's on the 16th and 17th. I was expecting it to be a lot colder this month but honestly it isn't really looking that different than normal now besides the next couple days being 5-10 below normal

Fair to question anything on the longer range though.
