cardinalland
I feel like usually in close range NAM is a little north and GFS is a little south, regardless. and the reality is somewhere in the middle (at least in the past few years of storm tracking) this is completely anecdotal but it gives some idea of an upper and lower bound for me
ForestHillWx
MMU about to kiss double digits on those maps. Hah. Fun to look at but I’m not expecting that. 36/21 currently.

Jaguars
If I get 8-9 in Larchmont ala GFS, it’s the new undisputed king.

I am looking at the 18z NAM and I think the amounts shown on the snowfall depth chart would be the ones to go with. Anyone who is looking at 10:1 clown maps for snow fall amounts is going to be disappointed. I just looked at a bunch of traffic cams out in western PA and every where I looked precip was not reaching the ground or was light rain (including elevated locations). Wet bulbing will promote the changeover north of the city but elsewhere it will be mainly white rain (or a mix) and struggle to accumulate. Cuomo Bridge? You mean TapanZee. While the cams you look at may show next to nothing once the coastal spins up coverage and intensity should fill in.
mannynyc
Models, especially the GFS, are essentially useless at this point. Radar seems to look more like the HRRR than the NAM,

Interesting Lee Goldberg said that Montauk has a higher chance of all snow than JFK does because Montauk will get more influence from the coastal and will have NE winds while JFK wont get as much from the coastal and winds will be more easterly there.
Stormlover74
Not sure how accurate but definitely thumping by 9 and staying frozen thru 11-12 for most

Bxstormwatcher360
38/20f here in the north western bronx,i do expect us to be in the golden zone near the rn/sn line never making it to whitestone bridge with the heavy previp. Mostly snow for us!!..4-6 is my call for my area, wouldnt be surprized if we had isolated higher amounts where banding sets up. 1
