But this blows away 06-07, 11-12, 15-16 at least for southern CT. 15-16 was probably one of the worst ever for the NW hills. But you could argue latitude may matter more than elevation. We’ve had plenty of great Nina’s. 17-18 was awesome and acted like a Nino. But this Nina really lacked the good cold in NNE and SE Canada. Overall though ENSO is a bit overrated in New England.
