For BWI, the anomalies are on this order for 09-10 through 18-19 (I’m not actually confirming this, just ballpark) 09-10: +55” 10-11: -5” 11-12: -18” 12-13: -12” 13-14: +20” 14-15: +10” 15-16: +15” 16-17: -15” 17-18: -5” 18-19: -1” So over that period, almost the entirely positive anomaly is driven by 09-10.
