Might be the coldest coastal temp in the US until one gets north of the Aleutian Peninsula. Numbers for that ridiculous cold snap: 2/14 32 -2 0.59 4.0 10.8 BN 2/15 -2 -31 T T 42.6 BN 2/16 7 -39 0 0 42.3 BN 2/17 19 -19 T T 26.5 BN Imagine a -26 day feeling mild. Makes you wonder how one of the sites up north like First Lake hasn't popped off a -50F or lower with good rad conditions. Yeah if we could have turned the flow (like 925-850) more like 230-250, we could’ve had some really intense stuff because LL moisture is the main limiting factor in these.
