Kind of a hard decision in CT if it decides to snow between 7am-12 parents will be flipping out their kids can’t get home. Unless it changes quickly to rain before 1. Early dismissal could mean snow on thr ground before it changed to rain. We had a snow day for rain last year lol. I’m all forgiving let me sleep in.
