Yes....though at least it's not as bad as it used to be. Remember on Eastern back in the day when we'd all be in the same model threads as DC posters? Every other threat, all the New England posters would be slapping high fives while getting death threats from Mid-Atlantic posters.

Ahh, yes. What a cluster

The thing about these regional threads, especially in a gradient pattern, is that SOMEONE is always getting screwed and/or declaring a bust because radar looks crappy, the flakes don't look great, or their temp just spiked.

i'd post a pic of my yard right now, snow still on trees, snowbanks pretty tall, roughly 16" depth.

But posters south of me would probably kill me (except Ginx-he would want to see the pics)

Never be afraid of what other posters think of your snow...the forum is for sharing obs and snow pics.

DAW is north of CON. So as I said they could see 3"

They are 10 miles northwest of me, and CAD on Maine Moose farts. Further from coastal plain.

Dover 1" is still my guess.

Meh, I'd say more E than N. I know where it is, but mention DAW since you aren't far.

Ha - similar here. Deep winter here starting last Friday - aside from the lack of really cold air.

One thing I did like about those mega-threads was that there was a member from MD (I think; wish I could remember his name) who would post a bunch of great radar and satellite imagery as a storm approached. He may still do that, but I'm never in the Mid-Atlantic threads.
