Yup. You still may get 1-3” hours with your elevation. Cooked for the rest of us .. Everyone called the eventual move back north west today.

This probably still not done moving NW with no Jack reacher arounder. Nam was right again. Whenever it’s the outlier it’s correct. You just hope  at some point a positive bust might happen this winter. Just once would have been nice.

Euro/GFS combo 36 hrs out had us 4-5 inches....at this rate I would not be surprised if we are stuck at 36 degrees tomorrow, with absolutely no flakes. Marginal storms are no longer marginal I guess, take the under every single time in these situations...

In western Mass, a few models have this NE/SW orientation while others have the opposite, with a warm punch through the Berks.

Not unheard of because we’ve seen southern Berkshire higher elevations, turn to rain and sleet before Greenfield and Brattleboro which are both in the valley.

Knock that down by a third?  At least at lower elevations.

I was going to say the same thing. But also, in some of those elevations. Never take the printed amounts verbatim. Excluding bias means about nearly a third. Translates to about a 8-10" ribbon.

Well a few days ago this was flipping to rain up past dendrite so it did trend favorably….just not enough for south of pike. Really south of rt 2 is mostly skunked but pike region may get a couple inches tomorrow.

I’m out

Yes prob a good way to view right now…expect nothing, and then if you grab a couple inches it will be a victory.

There’s a lot of jet mechanics on the back side of this storm so it will be worth keeping an eye on.
