Here, the sticking on the ground line is about 1300 feet. Or was when I went down to town about an hour ago. I'd wager some of those 5-7 inch totals some high res models were trying to spit out on the mountain tops here will verify. Above 2500 feet there was 3 inches at 4pm. I seriously just thought about you when I looked out at my deck. I thought, I bet John has 2 -3" based on my current 1/4 inch, lol.

A friend in Stoney Fork on the back side of Cross Mountain in far SW Campbell had an inch before dark at around 1300 feet elevation.

Silas Lang
Had a nice snow burst earlier when I was outside in the jacuzzi, living the dream with a nice beverage in hand. Still snowing lightly, but looks to be winding down. Not much, but will probably end this with a solid dusting. Hey, that's pretty great for the central valley in a NWF event. I can't complain as that's an over performer considering the situation. Any reports from Johnson City? That was the best location I have lived in for these types of events. Seems like we could squeeze out an inch, which is feasting for NWF in the valley.

dwagner88
Just had a long hot tub session in the snow. I’m renting a cabin in Ellijay, GA this weekend. Wish I had sprung for Gatlinburg instead, but this is still nice. Solid dusting here.

Daniel Boone
About an inch and a half here. Sun's coming out now. Much of County did receive more but, I wound up with more than expected as it looked last night we'd be lucky to get an inch.

Wurbus
I ended up with a solid dusting. I felt like it snowed for 6-8 hours, but most of it just melted on impact. I never got below 32 until after 2am when most of the moisture let up. I was hoping for a dusting here in KNX, so I'll chalk it up to a win and congrats to everyone else who scored in the mountains!

Buckethead
I finished at 15" here in Wolf Laurel (Yancey county, ½ mile from the border). Someone a few hundred feet above me and about a mile east picked up 23.5". The flow was coming from the nnw, and when it does we always clean up here.
