GEFS continuing to trend less favorably with a mega SE ridge in the long range, until they look more favorable I can't buy a pattern change even though GEPS and EPS still look great..

Even the GEPS and EPS have moved the ridge axis further west.  They both seem to be one tic from the GEFS.  The GEPS and EPS are also hinting at a Pac fire hose late in the run.  But the news isn't all bad....if the GEFS is right the west gets some much needed snows!

Some multi model support for a winter storm in NNE next Thursday/Friday

100% chance of that happening, as i have a flight out of MHT on Friday. happens every year, either on the day i fly out, or the day i return.

BTW, is it just me or has it been November for the past 3 months?

Lol at you EMA guys complaining about a legit shot at plowable snow this winter, 6z euro was great for Sandwich to Taunton even gets a few to Weymouth.

The storm looked further offshore, but I guess there was still a nice band that made it up here. I had only looked at 5h

It sort of unravels a bit in the mid levels and tries to retro. So the precip tries to spread out. The problem is that as it happens, it will become more banded and disorganized. But if your under a band, it probably comes down good.
