As horrific as it is now, a decent event in late January here, fluke in February there, and nice March would probably get us out of rat territory and closer to climo. This is about to be the 3rd latest season on record for CON achieving a temp colder than 8F. Jan 17, 2007 and Jan 19, 2002 are the top 2 so the record may be in jeopardy.
