Temp down to 34F and starting to accumulate on colder surfaces. tavwtby Posted December 17, 2022 Share Posted December 17, 2022 glad to see some NNE folks verified those amounts forecast, major bust here, what 1" of slush we had is now gone, was expecting 6-8, not surprised that sandisfield, Norfolk, North Canaan etc, actually got around 6" last check, amazing, and it pretty much snowed all day, just not good rates and a bit less elevation, heard Stratton got smashed! good for the ski areas, they need it there, hopefully next week doesn't trend similar.good thing we still had a few inches otg so still pretty white around here otherwise would really blow Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Meanwhile, Mount Washington has finally rotated from 110 easterly to 80 degrees easterly. powderfreak Posted December 17, 2022 Share Posted December 17, 2022 Wife and I just went to Sushi Yoshi here in town. Coming out and walking the Rec Path home in a snowstorm was awesome. This is what winter is all about. Good food, good drink, a quiet walk through the field and woods with evergreens and hardwoods alike bending under the high QPF snow.
