Is it though? It doesn’t look that way to me. The storm is just starting up here. Point forecast calls for 16”, and accumulation of 1.6” by 1 pm. Given that it’s 10:20 and we already have 1”, seems like it’s pretty much on track. Hasn’t even made it to Maine yet

Well… Keep in mind that there’s also an ocean wind component to this in the first half or even 3/4 of this thing blowing in straight from the east really that probably penetrated all the way in so that’s skewing the distribution around that forcing, too

It's into York County - had a few 1"+ reports, 7 AM cocorahs.  Just a dusting here, with a few tiny flakes drifting by as dry air is eating the rest.

The GD North Atlantic Ocean is good for no one.
