Climate change rearing it's ugly head. I am pretty sure you are joking about climate change....as it of course has no impact on any individual weather event or storm this season....

ChescoWx
Above normal temps will continue through Friday then near normal for the weekend with increasing rain chances that could start as some wet snow across higher elevations of Chester County on Sunday. Milder again next wee. Today's Climate Records: High 61 (1990)/ Low 14 below zero (1934)/ Precip 1.86"(1906) and Snow (6.0") 1936

I did at least get the below normal temps for December....otherwise an utter failure of a forecast from start to finish!! I will bring this up again next year with my next fearless winter outlook for 2023-24!!!

Went against the Nina norm to be silly so had BN temps and AN snow with at least one 10" storm. Could still hit the snow thing with so.e fluke March Hail Mary but I will still consider it a total fail on my part.

RedSky
I got the -dec +jan +feb right. Off on magnitude of positive departure obviously. Need 2' storm for prez day or in March or my optimistic normal snowfall is bad. Going normal or below with Nina a safe bet 80% of the time. I thought it'd be above normal temps and below normal snowfall but I was thinking below normal as in the 10-15" range, not complete shutout. 3rd year nina's usually suck around here but usually you get a few changeover/nickle and dime events that add up. I had a feeling we were in trouble though when December completely failed. Most established nina's in these parts are usually frontloaded. When we were blanked in December then flooded with Pac air in January, I was skeptical February would save the day as Feb is usually the worst month snow wise in a nina. March is a crap shoot though, I honestly won't be surprised if we get some stupid fluke event in mid march that drops a foot when everyone is looking forward to spring. RedSky
Without the number crunching believe this is my new worst 5 year winter period. Beats 89-93.

So 1996-1993=3 thus 2023+3=2026 means 2025-2026 will be HUGE!
