As long as they are a good poster and are contributing who really cares where they are from. Honestly there are posters from this forum that add nothing accept banter yet they are okay because they fall within the virtual boundary that someone created? It's the weather for goodness sakes, if someone is passionate about it and wants to contribute in a weather forum then they should be allowed.
