Last time I saw a winter storm do that was 1/1/2010.  It then camped and rotted over Sable Island for months and wrecked winter throughout Maine - the winter when BWI had 7" more than CAR.

Not to be a nudge but that retrograde doesn’t bring in a wall of snow I hope people aren’t thinking that… That storm is maxed out and future at that point it’s probably just bringing in wind with light snow maybe a burst here and there but dim sun none of which is really accumulating

That storm would go a long way towards correcting the snowfall imbalance of the past several years, as ground zero is right in the areas of se NH and ne MA that have been porked the most.
