Hopefully it is not windy with the lower highs when they come...I prefer to ease into colder weather vs. a slap.  LOL

We talked about this some time ago - whatever happened to the days when a front would come through and temps would crash 25-30 degrees in less than an hour? Maybe age is distorting reality somewhat in my mind, but I seem to recall times when I was younger when it would be 58 at 3pm and 32 at 4pm. Fronts don't seem to pack the same bite as they did years ago.

cloudy in Etown.  64

Looking at radar suggests the window of instability should be closing rather soon.  precip backbuiliding into SE lanco and SW to Balt/Wash as front is moving twds Mag and Happy valley (maybe notsohappy after Saturday).  Sure hope they win.

I think it still happens but maybe less frequently?  This "cold front" today is not that though.  As Canderson mentioned, some people may get quite warm this weekend.

65 here at work and 68 at home.

Really appreciating the weather station just .25 miles from the office.

I was just checking out the Wundermap on WU and it appears there's someone with a station just a couple hundred yards to the south of my new house.  Handy since I don't know how long it will be until I have a station up and running.

That's a nice surprise. I hate relying on airport readings that aren't accurate for my specific location.

I should add that while it's only a couple hundred yards away it's almost 100' higher in elevation.  I just can't escape that Chickies Ridge.  #RidgeLife

I have a buddy who has a station on WU close to my current house but it's been out of commission for quite some time.  He is also saddled with young kids and hasn't had the wherewithal to fix it.  Can't blame him ha.

You are going to outdo me in a big way.  A skinny line of maybe .10" type rains coming and not much else on the radar behind it.  Still 71 here.

We only had (at work) about 90 minutes or so of dry weather. Much longer break at home but it's been raining there as well for the past hour or so.
