Any chances at thundersnow? Where would you target for hardest hit areas? I was thinking just south of the airport in the Cheektowaga area.

Yes, it looks quite unstable on the soundings. I'd be surprised if there wasn't some reports of TSSN.

The nrn half of the band, as the NWS disco notes. That's where it will be most intense. Probably near the airport and close to the shoreline. It will be nowcasting for sure.

I got sent to Buffalo in I think Dec 2018 for work. There was a Bills game when I was there that like 10 inches fell during the game. Was quite the experience as it snowed nonstop for days. I also had to drive around in rear wheel drive service van that absolutely sucked.

Should be quite the set up for buried Highmark Stadium on Sunday and the Browns.  The fans love that sh.it.

We rescued Tigger from a kill shelter in 2014. He was a little puppy with a little attitude lol. Tigger brought us joy and happiness for 8 years. Unfortunately today he will pass due to aggressive osteosarcoma. Run Tigger run.

Good morning Ginx. Look for his prints in the snow. Tigger, with love, will  be running. As always

Actually with the trails it was easy every day. 2015 was the most fun winter ever with my pups.

Mine too, I remember posting about my new pup jumping from one pile over the path to the next pile and you posted the video above. Hope my pup lives long, she's slowing down now.

I wish I knew this song before Springsteen released his cover this week.  It could have been this summer's theme song:

Day in, day out, my tear stained face
Pressed against the window pane
My eyes, they search the skies desperately for rain
'Cause raindrops will hide my teardrops
And no one will ever know
That I'm crying (crying), I'm crying
Yeah, when I go outside
To the world outside, my tears I refuse to explain
Oh, I wish it would rain
(Oh, how I wish that it would rain)
I'm a man and I got my pride
'Til it rains I'm gonna stay inside (let it rain)
Let it rain (let it rain)
Oh, let it rain
