He had Tom Brady, he just had to sit back and watch. He’s a terrible head coach, remember Denver?

Some guys just can’t hack it as a HC. Big difference between OC and HC. Success at the former doesn’t mean success at the latter.

Raiders went into an offensive shell in the second half. The only play they had was a deep DPI that setup a FG. In today’s NFL, you can’t let the foot off the gas when you’re ahead until you take a knee.

I think he works well as an OC. HC maybe not so much.
