The stein meme adds some humor to the discussion but people still are concerned about their gardens, lawns, and trees being stressed by the lack of rain. Is it going to be a region-wide 2-4''+ soaker...obviously it's too early for those details and it's dependent on the evolution of everything, but there is a front coming through and synoptic pattern would favor the front stalling. That's good...what we probably don't want to see is the front washing out. If the front can stall we increase the likelihood for at least one wave of low pressure to develop along it.
