Heh...that D7 is 104 at Logan, easily - don't have to look at the 2-m .. but it has 106 as near-by as Cambridge    LOL

Not sure the 108s out in Framingham is real ... or any of it for that matter... lord

Not sure how it keeps Logan 96 given the surrounding synopsis ...but, that hover temp there is out around Waltham or so

Has Hartford ever had the highest reading in the US on a given day?  Novelty factor if it happens.

Heh. Pretty sure if that 21z Euro max T happened it would be the hottest day ever in our local climate history. Even if one or two points in history matched, the regional integrated e-V would have no match

so deep that ORH is the same as ASH… and it’s 98 at 1200’ Winchendon … that may be on par with the PAC NW’s SD

But this is akin to drooling over a juggernaut on a D 9er chart in winter

Why not - CAR might've done that in May 1977.  The newsies had them tied with Phoenix at 96 on the 22nd, though the latter's AP hit 98 that day.  However, on 5/24 Phoenix had a rainy 79 while CAR completed their only May heat wave, reaching 94.

I’ll tell you what, looking at the models, the drought is going to start getting real for some folks in SNE.

Wells are  drying up all across southern NH.  Some are saying the situation is already worse than in 2020. Well companies are advising people to do everything possible to conserve well water. Some homeowners are having water delivered daily/weekly in order to preserve a well.

At this point it seems impossible for much of SNE to avoid being elevated to the exceptional drought category.

  Holy crap.

It almost smells like autumn right now standing at the top of the Sensation Quad lift.  Dark autumn type stratus cloud layer.

Thermometer reads 54F on the lift shack and it’s blowing stiff NW wind.  It’s almost cold.

MVL sitting only 70F about 3,000ft lower which checks out with dry lapse rates.
