My pregnant sister in law is going to Kenny Chesney tonight. She was wavering on going because she can’t drink among other factors. I told her she should donate her ticket to me, someone who will happily buy the $22 bud lights at Gillette.

$22 per beer?!?  It better come in a pail at that price.

"Cooler" shot for Labor Day weekend?

gfs_T850a_neus_23.thumb.png.fe668d5d67f0df24b5e01b4be0ad3129.png

Box says what cooling. Torch and AN beat goes on unabated

Then the low level flow turns southwest
for Saturday but with a mean H5 trough aloft, Saturday highs should
top out in the low to mid 80s but with comfortable humidity. For
reference, typical highs for the first week of September are in the
mid 70s to near 80.

It's late week...not really the weekend. Maybe some cooler nights to start the weekend for the rad pits, but warm days overall.

We BTV?  Of course up this way will do cooler with NW flow.  You downslope so could see it much warmer for sure.

“Winds are expected to shift northwesterly late Wednesday into early Thursday, and a true cooldown is anticipated for Thursday`s highs, which are in the upper 60s and lower 70s. Friday and into the weekend, high pressure is forecast to regain control and keep things dry and seasonable. &&”

It’s just a couple days earlier now.

Full chamber cool today.  Max of 73F in the valley.  Upper 60s to 70F at 1500ft most of the day.

Beautiful evening for hoodies and shorts up here.  64F at 7pm in the valley.

That airmass hasn’t been digging to that extent for over 5 days now. COC shot and out. Hopefully we’re torchy for a good few weeks. I need my newly planted pawpaws to get some rooting in.
