Euro says I’m getting 0.75”+ of rain today and overnight. Other models basically have nothing until tomorrow evening. Euro has been fairly consistent with putting significant rain up to Baltimore, but it’s on an island.

6z euro was even farther north with heavy rain overnight. 0.5” contour along the M/D line. 12z 3k NAM appears to have shifted north with one band of precipitation at least.

Let's all drink and pretend that it's 50F colder and 6 months later.

12z GFS in the mid to long range brings the heat back for several days... starting Day 8 until the end of the run... even has some 100s tossed in there.  Though it has been mentioned that the GFS has been overdoing the heat, h5 heights for the time period are over 600dm... so it could be true

GFS is advertising nothing short of a potentially Top 5 heatwave. It pumps a 600dm ridge over us. That's only happened twice in the history of soundings on IAD, PBZ, and WAL. If that came to fruition it would be incredible.
