And it’s raining.  A couple claps of thunder.

This should do wonders for the humidity by injecting a little more moisture into the surface.  One of those 0.05-0.10” that does nothing but steam off the pavement the minute it stops.

Jump in that swimming hole across from smugglers notch camp ground

0.19” rainfall.  Just enough to dew the dew hard this evening.

My wife was up at a friend's place a mile or two away.  When she came back home she asked me if it had rained here at all because it had briefly rained hard up there.  True popcorn type showers.

MHT killed it today at 97

lots of 95's at NWS sites in general tho ... By unofficial conventionality ... we nicked 'big heat' today. But ... given to headlines validating with HI's in the higher 90s to 100 it's job well done.

Not seeing any reason why don't repeat tomorrow west of 10 mi from the shores.  Noticing Logan got breeze banged today... 91 is all.

Maybe 93 instead of 95 tomorrow, but today should also set up tonight to have the elevated low that last night failed to get done. So may have a higher launch pad tomorrow -

Yeah euro probably pops 100° on Sunday at MHT-ASH-FIT with 22C 850s and SW flow

Yup...and I'm wondering if that trough at 120 hours doesn't minor out some like the one for tomorrow did.   Monday at 12z it's 22C over Logan...
