Unusual to see tornado warning text (not sure if I've ever seen it, even on a QLCS) explicitly mention the straight-line wind threat as well.

Was fully not expecting this this evening. Thought once the WI cell moved out over LM that was it on this side, took a nap after I got home.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 815 PM EDT
FOR SOUTHERN VAN BUREN COUNTY...

At 739 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles southeast of
Hartford, or 11 miles southwest of Paw Paw, moving southeast at 50
mph.

THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR DECATUR.

HAZARD...Baseball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be severely injured.
         Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs,
         siding, and vehicles.

Locations impacted include...
Hartford...            Decatur...             Keeler...
Lawrence...

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

This is a dangerous storm. Prepare immediately for large destructive
hail capable of producing significant damage. People outside should
move to a shelter, inside a strong building and away from windows.

Had nothing to 45kft tops develop overhead and drop about 10-15 close CG’s.. moved south now we’re getting no rain, but a constant loud rumble and lots of intracloud lightning. Didn’t expect that to materialize, wondering if more will develop and ride the gradient SE. Seeing some development mid lake at the moment.
