Nights are supposed to be in the 50s and 60s, not the 70s. I've often experienced that critters and mosquitos go away when it's very hot and very dry. That's the kind of energy that fixes many things. Very hot and very dry is ideal, even if you have to water....no critters, no mosquitoes, no pollen, no nothing.
