New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 81. West wind 3 to 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms. Wednesday Night A chance of showers and thunderstorms, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 8pm. Low around 65. South wind 3 to 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms. Thursday A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms before 11am, then a slight chance of showers between 11am and 2pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 79. Chance of precipitation is 20%. Thursday Night Mostly clear, with a low around 58. Friday Mostly sunny, with a high near 78. Friday Night Showers likely, mainly after 2am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 60. A brief break in the wet weather will be possible on Wednesday, before more showers and storms move into the region late Wednesday into early Thursday. Been vacationing there since I was born, and for many years we'd go for a week in the summer and then again in the fall. Tomorrow night could be interesting - CTP not talking much about severe (could be some pretty good storms I think) but they are mentioning the heavy rain threat: Long-term forecast is trending more unsettled than previously forecast. Wednesday into Thursday will be rather wet with low- pressure system moving over the commonwealth.
