Looks like this is flying north and drying a bit.

Yeah not impressed with radar down south. The changeover seems a bit faster than modeled but that is coming at the price of precip starting to shred quicker.

Exactly , I had 5 minutes of rain and changed to snow over an hr earlier than modeled . But precip shut off  way earlier than modeled .

Idk what’s up. Torrington has terrible snow growth and only like 1/2 inch on the ground.

It is a bit weird... Just talked to the DPW from Wolcott (northern New Haven County) and they have about the same as here, but my other contacts and clients across southern and central Litchfield County have a wide range of snow amounts; from a coating to 2+ inches...  Was talking with one guy and radar showed his area under some great returns, but he said it was very light with only a coating on the ground.

Accumulating snow in Northern Louisiana, all of Arkansas and Northern Alabama and Mississippi in mid March. Pretty cool.

Just passed 4” here in Charlotte, VT.

That’s quite funky indeed. Those parts are usually warming up a great deal by this point. You know how you always see lots of oranges and red shades on the temp map starting in late Feb down there.
