It has been pretty much sitting over that area so I don't know how far west it will go but I guess it depends on what the jet does... For most of the week they advertised this as another DE, south Jersey special and oops, it’s the NW crew that scores. I recall at least some of the model guidance showing pronounced 700 mb or 850 mb FGEN farther northwest of I-95 and closer to the I-78 corridor, yet some were showing less snow. It is like what the model was showing at the surface was playing catch-up to the dynamics aloft.
