NaM really dumps on the Mid Atlantic, but I think it shows you how higher amounts can be attainable in any fronto band.

Same thing is happening now that happened with the rain event we had last week. The storm kept coming west.

I’d watch to see if those higher amounts in the fronto band start translating further NE as we get closer to game time. Already sort of seeing it some.

Lol 18z NAM gives warning snow to parts of ORH county just from that band.

I know it lol. If the nam is right, that might be an area to watch. The 700 fronto is way north. So it’s possible that area could do well. Or at least in one of the bands.

If northern stream was able to capture it would be a really big system. Double digits…but oh well…I’d be ecstatic if even something like the NAM verified.

this is a significant amplification trend on the NAM... the entire trough has been tilting more favorably for an entire model cycle. something to watch for coastal peeps as that's really close to an interesting outcome

To me, it’s not the amount that falls but the contrast in weather that is awesome about this one.

One of my all time favorite weather contrasts was a perfect Easter egg hunt turning into an all out April Fools blizzard in 97.  Not that extreme this weekend but still fun.
