Been raining good.  I'd have to think on it but can't recall this amount of rain right before as big of a snowstorm as this looks to be.  Usually it's more drizzly/light if it occurs.

Gonna make for a nice slick undercoating for the snow that does fall. Not that you’ll even see it.

Had a couple good storms that started as pouring rain that changed to snow.  My favorite was suppose to end as snow but changed early.  Had thundersnow.  Final amount was 14".

With the Nov '18 storm we had moderate to heavy rain that added up to 0.50" before it changed to snow and piled up a foot.

Lol I never want it gone haha. Helps down the road for glacier. We have about 2" in shade and 1" in sun. Some bare and some 3" spots.

Its more 5-8" on the ground here so after the warmth and rain I expect 2-5" left which will turn into a glacier

still only 35F here

ILX is mentioning a possible upgrade to blizzard warning for round two.

  Quote
The other main concern is the potential need for a Blizzard
Warning on Thursday, as the strongest winds during this event
occur during the afternoon. Gusts of 30 to 40 mph will blow the
snow, creating white-out conditions at times, especially for roads
in open areas. We held off on changing the headline to a Blizzard
with this update, but this will be a concern going forward
depending on the actual snowfall amounts.
