Well we have managed a hair above normal for this time of year in bad conditions in Newark area, and while the storm was only about 4-8 inches in areas  west of the city ( my BIL in ME called that a dusting but even they only got about a foot; they weren't in the epicenter either ) it was enough to push us to about where we should be for now, so there's no denying it's possible to see some more events. They may not be big, but honestly a normal snow is enough for most.

I think 2018 had the SSWE occur the last week of Feb too if I am not mistaken.
