dseagull
Wow... band just moved back in. I tried to get measurements for 10 minutes while forcing my dog to come out to do his business. Impossible. Def. Over 14. Some drifts approaching 4 foot across my street.

MANDA
Heavy / intense band holding along NJ beaches but making no progress westward to the GSP. All east of the GSP for the intense rates. Radar continues slow shrink NW NJ. Just s-- here. Likely will finish with about 2.5". Will measure at 8:00. Had 2.2" about hour or so ago.

weatherpruf
Pretty unimpressive over here in Woodbridge after snowing all night; light snow, lots of wind, looks to be less than 4 OTG. Guess the best bands stayed east of us.

weatherpruf
Reminding me of 2/6/10....not quite as bad, but 3-6 while 20 mins down the GSP has over a foot....and this was seen on many models. Oh well, looks nice out anyway. We are getting snow here but not heavy rates, and the wind is tearing it up. Just north of the GSP bridge.

kat5hurricane
Just took the dog out, who wanted no part of it and refused to do the #2 business (argh). I'd say about 5-6 inches in Whitestone but it's blowing around so impossible to measure. Not snowing too hard, seems like the best rates will remain east of the city as expected but really good storm regardless. COLD storm.

At least cleanup will be easy It was in the some of the cards on and off right? 7 is gonna be tough at this rate. I'm usually good for 4-5 in these set ups. That little triangular cut to the west of Raritan Bay...leaves us high and dry in coastal storms but too far south for NW storms. Such has it ever been, though sometimes we get ours. dseagull
Heavy band seems to be drifting east off the ocean county coast. My snow rates just fell and beginning to get the feeling we will sit in subsidence for awhile.
