BornAgain13
Kinda disgusting to see the 18z GFS and GEFS go in the wrong direction.... hopefully it doesn't become a trend.
AirNelson39
Which is fine for nowSent from my SM-S115DL using TapatalkNot really; a stop of the trend at this stage is pretty jarring blow. This thing is slipping away pretty quickly. 4

But honestly idk if anyone from SC - Canada is gonna know what’s going on until Probably Weds 0Z runs bc of moving pieces good or bad 1
BornAgain13
Hopefully the 18z GFS was 1 we can toss because the 18z EURO out to 90 looked much much better than the GFS 3
SnowDawg
I wouldn't even call what the 18z GFS did a stop of the trend it was on. If anything it was a continuation of it digging the wave more and more SW. Too much of a good thing causing the phase to miss almost entirely. 2

The Euro is a beauty at 90.... hopefully when the 18z control and eps come out, it will continue to show the improvements.

It’s just dependent on where you’re at. A lot needs to change to bring some of us into the game. Raleigh area, yea I’d agree. Not too much needs to trend better to at least get a few inches.

BornAgain13
18z Euro eps looks decent.... maybe a slight tick better than 12z.... anything is better than what the 18z gfs showed...

Southern shortwave lagging way behind will be flat and squash the developing activity in the gulf. Extrapolated forward either a weak partial phase late off the coast or a complete miss like the GFS. Jonathan
I feel if you're west of a line from say Richmond to Raleigh, we're pretty much done unless we get some big trends the next 48 hours. This thing is looking flat and weak until it's off the coast. Lots of energy being left behind. 1
chris624wx
GFS had ~ 1 inch for southside Hampton Roads which after the 4-6'' event last week feels very meh
