I could honestly care less about ratios…. It’s going to get ripped to shreds here anyway with the wind. High impact stuff

I don't think so. It's too inverted I think. Even GFS doesn't get quite that in BOS because it's frigid.

Jan '15 was pretty fluffy in ORH IIRC...it was windy, but not as windy as some other high end storms. It would occasionally rip 40+ but not the same frequency as Feb 2013 or January 2005.

I mentioned this yesterday, but I can think of quite a few wind driven blizzards with excellent snow growth.  Remember March 1993?  I was in the Cleveland Super Bomb...nickel sized flakes with 70+ gusts.  I think temperature profiles are much more important than wind...and this is not a super-cold profile.

GFS looks terrible still here.

NAM looked headed well east to me but it’s the NAM at 84.

I still like my 6-10 call but a biggie is off the table here, IMO. The trajectory of the storm is just not supportive now. More SW to ENE.
