MJOatleast7
Winter’s back will break, according to Old Farmer’s Almanac (on Feb. 18) of course, that requires winter to actually HAVE a backbone in the first place…
JC-CT
Well I wouldn't think we should have to worry too much about suppression to start the month at least

Torch Tiger
May be a very very icy one for a good chunk of February. Especially NNE of course

Please..don't get sucked into Torch Tigers sarcasm. He is looking to screw with anyone who will take his bait. I feel bad for that guy, he must have been locked in a basement for years. Who knows. ;-)

Damage In Tolland
Well .. whatever we all get Saturday is wiped clean by the cutter next week. Ugly look . Maybe it changes
PhineasC
That cutter has been slowly flattening out on the models like they all have this season. I think it will end up under NNE at least. Not sure about SNE. Better max out this next storm before the rains come. LOL
GCWarrior
9 days away but not looking great. I'll take what ever comes. Back to cold after that. I'd love a gradient pattern with a chance for a SWFE. Big bomb coastals need to really hug to get big snows back here.
Torch Tiger
Yeah the cutter looks like a pretty clean wipeout for much of SNE, we'll see how much inroads north the torch makes it.

George001
Feb looks like it could be decent. Warm up is probably real, but it looks like it will be short lived and we will have more chances after it. There are signs that although the polar vortex is quite strong, it will be stretched towards our side of the globe. No signs of a split, but we don’t need that. There are signs that the pacific will improve again towards the end of the EPS.
