kvegas-wx
I can only imagine how many "Aleets" DT just used in his last update after that NAM run. That was a thing of beauty for sure! Need that EE rule in play by tomorrow morning. 1

What we don't want to see is it shift slowly northwest on the coming model runs

I'm right on the snow line, of course, but I think there would be more sleet than its showing. Hope we see some support among the other models tonight though.

I live in that part of southern wake that is blanked on the snow map! can't make it up. I need to move to Roxboro or Wake Forest. Gonna be such a tight snow/sleet line. I think it shifts more north. ILMRoss
Not like this is news to anybody but good lord the NAM is a nuke. Would be early frontrunner for *the* storm of the 2020s. Northern stream looked better and it would be really killer if we could keep up some more southerly adjustments with the northern stream. I really thought thermals would be less borderline for Raleigh but the beefier northern shortwave was able to add a bit more ridging and keep things relatively warm.

chris624wx
I'd probably be okay for it to be a weaker storm and keep it all SN in Hampton Roads. NAM really wants to bring IP through for a bit. Still take that over ZR though haha 1
