NWS now has us down in Williamsport for Wintry Mix in their graphic tomorrow night.  No more initial period of just snow.  Here is their recipe for what will become a frozen-over mess come late Monday afternoon or evening:

Tonight
Rain and snow, possibly mixed with freezing rain and sleet before 1am, then rain, possibly mixed with snow between 1am and 2am, then rain likely after 2am. The snow could be heavy at times. Temperature rising to around 39 by 4am. East wind 7 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Little or no ice accumulation expected. New snow and sleet accumulation of 3 to 7 inches possible.

CTP has changed the forecast and Watch & Advisory county groupings 1,000 times in the last 2 days.

They have been super jumpy with this storm before it even has started.

Although I have seen it in the past, its so hard to believe we can be sub zero this morning and 24 hours later be pushing 40 with plain rain (or a dry slot). I was hoping for a three day weekend with horrible road conditions tomorrow, but a few hours above freezing will give road crews enough time to get main roads and secondaries wet or minimally slushy. That means just another work day...

Great that you posted this because I was just thinking about what the implications are for that high not weakening or moving out as quickly as forecast. And, most importantly, what the chances are for that happening.

It would be uber important if if the primary last in the Ohio Valley/TN Valley longer than forecast.  If the primary over NC takes over too soon, then both the high and low are directing winds at us from the East which means....
