It just saw a post that said the Rgem is similar to the nam.  So anyone can see anything it appears.

Lol, definitely not.

It’s not much different than it’s 18z but it ramped totals up in western PA and edged them back up a tad in the central. Sus Valley was still about the same.

Yep.  The poster was probably thinking local only but even there it is nothing like the nam.  But it was a great example of any person can see a totally different picture than another.  Not at all "busting" on the post just using it as an example of how drastic those differences can be in how one sees them.

In the meantime I’m trying not to sweat the models too much. I finally will have an actual weather station for obs once I get it mounted and set up.

(No, I don’t have anything on tap at the moment lol)

I’m no scientist but I think weather stations work outdoors better than indoors. :)

You just said you're not a scientist. Shut the **** up and let the scientists science. What do you know about how it works indoors or out? Stay in your lane fool.

The MA forum canceled this morning

It's still about 48 hours out.  I don't know about anyone else but I'm excited to track a 982 mb Bomb that will give me snow / sleet/ zrain  + possible 50 + mph wind gusts :D

I am tracking too.  Getting pretty convinced that a low is going to come up to our southwest but can still thump.
